Greg was fantastic. He was prompt and very responsive.

I only left off one star because my customer service with Any Trucking LLC wasn't great. The gentlemen who was delivering my vehicle was rude at some points and did not do a good job of keeping me updated on delivery time.

While the delivery date was earlier than expected (which I appreciated), he had called me the day before delivery that he would be arriving at 11 AM the next day. So I took the morning off from work to be there for the expected delivery time. At 11:15 AM, I called to make sure he wasn't lost. He then told me he wouldn't be there till 6-7 PM. It would have been nice to know of the change in plans ahead of time. I told him this, and that I took the morning off from work and it would have been nice of him to call and let me know. He was rude, and said things happen that he can't help and it's not his job to call me and let me know there is a delay. I was frustrated because I had missed work for no reason.

The rest of the delivery process went smoothly and I appreciate Greg's customer service and attentiveness. Thank you.

***GREG BAILEY (360) 464-2584 greg@autoshippinggroup.com CALL ME DIRECT FOR BEST RATES***Caitlin ...Our apologies for the driver telling you he was going to deliver at 11 am and then re-scheduling for later that day. It happens sometimes and of course never an excuse for someone to be rude. On the flip side your vehicle was delivered 5 days early, 5 days before your estimated delivery. Florida to California in 3 days, perhaps the driver underestimated his delivery time because he got the vehicle to you in half the time. Greg
