Wish I would've chosen ASG first time around

This was my first time shipping a large item like my car and had a bad experience with another carrier BEST RATE SHIPPING left me thinking the industry was all horrible and trying to rip me off. The day my shipment was expected to arrive at my new home clear across the country it had not even been picked up yet!! YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW LISSED I WAS (I had medications in my car so I was starting to get nervous when this incident happened) I then googled "top shipping companies in USA" and that's when I found ASG (auto shipping group at the top!!

ASG was the first phone call I made when I was "shopping around" to fix this issue. I had the pleasure of being lucky enough to have Felicia handle my case and order. Felicia spoke with me from when I first called to ask about pricing, to the updates up until My car was delivered on time four days later. She was quick to reply when I text/called for updates as well, which made me feel like they cared and gave me peace of mind.

I couldn't have asked for more from Felicia and Stephanie in the customer service department. They were everything I'd seriously hoped I would find.
If you think going with a cheaper place is good for your wallet... DONT cheat yourself and save the headache!! Just go with ASG you seriously won't regret it!! Plus it's not that big of a difference than going with some cheap company nobodies ever heard of- that was my first mistake. I couldn't even get the other place to give me an exact pick up date or a call me back when I would email and call them to find out where the heck they were. BEST RATE SHIPPING totally screwed up my moving plans and made me live out of a CARRY ON suitcase for a week because I had to find another carrier to get the job done that they screwed up!! That awesome carrier was ASG :)

Everyone else quoted me 7-10 days for delivery and ASG got my car from Nevada to Virginia in FOUR DAYS!!! I was extra happy and wouldn't recommend another company to my close family and friends! I would be more than willing to vouch for this place and the two ladies who helped me along the way keeping the communication flowing. I always felt like I could call or text to see what the status was or if there were updates :D
