First time getting a car shipped

First time dealing with a broker and carrier for shipping a vehicle. I went with ASG because of the reviews here. Broker side went smoothly, the only discrepancy is 2 different prices from the start, which seemed a little odd, well that and the barrage of emails, and even texts, from the company! I went with the cheaper one, but in the end, it ended up being almost exactly in the middle of the two quotes (which was fine, it was comparable to other quotes I had gotten). Support on the broker side was great, especially communication, and as I was reminded, this review is supposed to be about the broker not the carrier. That said, the carrier that they chose ended up picking the up very late during the day (inconveniencing the seller), and was a day late for dropping it off. Every single time I talked to the carrier, there was a new excuse. I ended up having to call into work so I could be home to receive the car and pay the balance.
