Entire shipping process went very smoothly. Pickup and delivery dates were critical for me due to moving arrangements. Pickup driver in Maryland provided 24hr notice before pickup and (due to the carrier size) picked the vehicle in large parking lot ~0.5 miles from residence. Delivery was on the day specified, again with a 24 hr notice, and was on a single car carrier directly to the door. Melissa kept me informed throughout the process. She immediately informed me, BEFORE I signed anything, that the total cost would be $35 more than the quote, but that wasn't a biggie since I did NOT go with the lowest quote to begin with. She called after the order was picked up by a carrier, another call to confirm the car had been picked up, and another call to confirm delivery had been arranged. Car arrived with no damage or additional miles. If I have to ship a car again I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group and try to work with Melissa directly.
