Yes, As mentioned in the subject the response from the start was very prompt. They returned my calls/email immediately and i always had a good idea of what is going on. The same applies to their driver, stanley hehn, rosewood contractors, who said exactly the pickup time and estimated delivery to close to within a couple of hours.

the service was good, the car was returned in good condition. No hidden fees.

However, the cost in comparison with other quotes i received was slightly high. But if you want peace of mind and good service go for this company....
