I have a Cadillac Escalade I ship to Florida and back each year. I've use 4 different companies and had bad experiences the first 3 times so much so that I drove it back out of spite 2 years ago. Iknew what I was doing and how the brokers work so when I got a call from andrew auto and the first they did was explain how it works, i knew they were honest. I have now used them going on 4 times. never any surprises. Brian is still handling my account but I know they have other people there. This is the best broker I have found thus far.
