Ordered a pickup on tues march 18th 2014, asked for car to be picked up in pA friday or sat. Never heard from anyone after that. Called customer service at 12 noon friday, the day that my truck was supposed to be picked up, had to leave a message as I was told I probably would. Did not hear from customer service until half hour before they closed for the weekend at that time I was told, in a very half assed reason something abouta problem with the area I live in and she would get back to me. Well it is now saturday and vehicle has not been picked up. These trucking companies shouldn't promise you a date if they have no control over the trucks. Be forewarned most of these companies are brokers and not a trucking company. My order was cancelled today!!!!!!
