COMPLETE FABRICATION!! This review is a retaliatory jab from a customer who "double-booked", meaning he booked with two companies to see who could pick his car up first, and got upset after he went through legal means to get his deposit back and was denied. He booked an order with my company and placed a deposit, when my trucker from Nationwide Trucking showed up, the vehicle had been picked up by another company. I informed the customer that there would be a cancellation fee, he then disputed the charge with his credit card company, they reviewed the matter, and denied his claim explaing to him that we were in the right. Now, ONE YEAR LATER HE IS COMPLAINING?? He only complains after the matter was resolved in our favor as a way to make himself feel better. I truly hope that he can find some peace in his life, as pettiness solves nothing.
