Gina at Amerifreight is what customer service should be. She is thorough, she follows up with you and if there’s a problem she works hard to resolve it!. Even when I had a problem with the first driver Gina corrected the problem and found another driver. Gina Dodds should get a raise and a promotion because she is Definitely an Asset to this organization!
