This is my first time shipping my car. Maleah was my customer service representative, and she was awesome. She explained the process to me and really made me feel like everything would be okay and that they would take care of me. The only reason I went with another company is that I was really tight on time, but if I'd booked just a little sooner, I'm sure Maleah could've gotten me a better rate.
