Case 1501991651-SY. My experience with Erica and my driver were excellent. Erica clearly explained the terms and conditions, and won my business by actually listening to my first timer concerns. I’m sure she’s heard it a million times but she patiently alleviated my worries. Erica gave sufficient notice of the pickup time, as did the driver. He was relaxed, professional, and knowledgeable as he loaded my car onto the carrier. Although the delivery area was on a crowded double parked street, he worked with me to find a suitable drop off area. Although the price was higher than other preliminary (and unconfirmed) quotes from other carriers, I highly recommend AmeriFreight and especially Erica. A wonderful experience from beginning to end.
