Overwhelmed, Uneducated, and Inexperienced - That’s how I would describe myself as I took on the task of looking to transport my VW Convertible Bug from Georgia to Washington State recently. Like most, I turned to the Internet for guidance and while that was helpful, I was quickly overwhelmed by the number of responses, quotes, emails and phone calls from various transport companies. I feel like I lucked out when I found Brandy at AmeriFreight. She was friendly and professional and took the time to educate me on how the transport industry works. She followed up on my questions and stayed in touch without inundating me with calls every day (which was status quo with many other companies). Their quote was not the highest or the lowest, but I had security knowing that the transporter was someone they worked with before and had numerous positive interactions with. In the end, I chose AmeriFreight because of Brandy. The car arrived in Washington in great shape and earlier than what was initially proposed. I’m happy to say that from pick up through delivery, AmeriFreight did exactly what they said they would do and I couldn’t be happier with their service.
