It was necessary for me to ship a vehicle across the country. I had never shipped a vehicle anywhere and wasn't sure where to start. I found AmeriFreight online and my first point of contact was with the VERY helpful, Melissa Dossett of AmeriFreight, Inc. She explained the process and how cost would be determined. The carrier got in touch and we worked out the actual pickup of the vehicle, which was transported safely (and earlier than we expected) to the recipient. Melissa never lost contact and followed up with me during and after the process. The cost was in the range that I expected, thanks to some additional work by Melissa. It all went very smoothly. If I ever need to ship another vehicle, I will not hesitate to use AmeriFreight again.
