We completed a cross-country move this summer and had originally went with a different company for our first option because they were slightly cheaper. Our first choice ended-up being a huge headache! They were responsive initially... until we signed the contract. After signing, they stopped responding and we couldn't get in-touch with them at all, including the week of our departure.
When I found AmeriFreight online, I called and spoke to Danielle. She was great, explained the entire process, and stuck with us through what ended-up being some challenging logistics. We couldn't have gotten better service and she even responded when I needed something a month after the transaction. AmeriFreight was great and our rep., Danielle, was fantastic! I highly recommend them.
Other companies will advertise a slightly lower price to hook you, but it'll become a huge headache and you'll end-up paying the same amount regardless.
Moving is stressful enough. I'm really glad we did it right the second time and went with AmeriFreight! Zero hassle. Zero headache.
