Dispatcher provided excellent service for scheduling, pricing and pick up for auto transport. Automobile was expected to arrive within 3-4 business days. However, upon contacting the driver, was informed that delivery window was 7+ days. I did not follow up with dispatcher to explain the difference. The inconvenience could easily have been avoided if I had been provided an accurate delivery time.
