Called they gave me a price, they called me back, and worked to earn my business. I told them I would be shopping around and they explained the nature of how their business works. It is important to feel comfortable when shipping a car across country and not know who is hauling it. They allowed me to pay by credit card so I felt I had some follow up incase of a problem.
