I was skeptical bordering on afraid to use Transport Co's based on the negative reviews I read on transportreviews.com. Even the gold rated Co.s had plenty of scathing reviews so I was not feeling confident that no matter who I chose , I would have a positive experience. I even got a recommendation from a family member but upon reading the reviews, I opted to keep looking. I stumbled upon Above The Rest Transport after almost 3 days devoted to research ( takes a long time to go through all the Co's and find a good one! ) I thought to myself what a corny name and they probably do not live up to the hype but read all the reviews and there wasn't a single bad one. I am aware that many Transport Co.s give people incentive to write positive reviews ( $25 ) but they cannot stop people from writing bad ones so keep that in mind while doing your research

Most of the reviews on transportreviews.com said how pleasant it was to work with Bruce from Above The Rest Transport who is the broker who puts you together with the Transport Co. He indeed was most helpful and I trusted him quickly because he was engaging and human. He seemed honest and genuine, not a crook. He took the time to explain how the business worked which I appreciated. He told me he has a short list of Transport Co.s that he likes to use because they get the job done with minimal inconvenience to the customer. They are efficient, say what they mean and don't raise the price indiscriminately. So I booked the date and as I got closer to it, I became nervous about hearing from the driver. 24 hours before pick up, the driver called and gave me a time that he would pick up the next day. He showed up on time and explained how my car was getting to NY, what might happen to delay it ( a flat tire, bad weather etc. ) and that my car would be delivered on Wednesday as long as all went well. I was slightly concerned that I wouldn't get my car when i needed it but all of my fears were unfounded and in fact they were in NY Tue but I wasn't so they delivered on Wednesday just like they said they would. I was in a gated community and they took the car off the Truck and drove it right to my door. There wasn't a scratch on it and the owner, Elle Katz of Bright Auto Transport delivered it personally. I found him to be a very decent guy. He even gave me the name of a good Dr! I would definitely recommend both Above The Rest Transport and Bright Auto Transport again. Great experience!
