I spoke with Michael about transporting my 1973 GMC pickup from California to Florida on August 7 2015. At that time he explained the shipping procedure to me, and I told him that I would like to do business with him, he took my credit card information and said he would be in contact with me as soon as he found a carrier. I heard nothing from him for a week, so I called him on August 14 and was told that he had not found a carrier, but he would call me back the next day. He called me back on August 18 and explained that since had not located a carrier he would waive the broker fee and continue to look for a carrier. I heard nothing from Michael for the next week and a half, finally on September 1 I received a call from his assistant Lea asking if still wanted to have the car shipped. I asked her if they had located a carrier yet and she said no they had not, at that point i told her i was no longer interested in working with them anymore and would just drive the car out myself.

I did some research online to find another carrier, and I called Affordable auto transport on September 15. One hour and twenty minutes later they called me back saying that they had located a carrier, so I went with them. My truck was picked up on September 17 and is currently in route to florida, it will arrive in 2 days.

I'm not sure what happened with AAA auto transport, but needless to say they were unable to take care of my needs or communicate with me in a timely manner. I hope this information is useful to others looking to ship a vehicle.
