7 Star contact Jordan was very customer oriented, courteous, pleasant and thorough. The driver actually called the same day I made the deposit with Jordan and picked the vehicle up that same evening! He picked up in VA and it was in CA 72 hours later (note-he had another man with him who I believe was also a driver). I have no problems, only praise for the initial quote/Jordan and the A1 Trans driver Philip. Thank you. The only issue I had was the contact phone number on the bill of lading is incorrect. I Googled the company and called a few numbers before getting my contact. Note to potential customers - simply call Jordan back, it would be easier. The vehicle arrived in LA on a Saturday night, but it was another 9 days before drop off in San Diego. Overall, the experience was good and the vehicle arrived without injury.
